- Is defamatory, obscene, or harassing

Feedback: Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide regarding our services may be used by us without any obligation to you.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon Termination:
- Your right to use our services will immediately cease
- You must cease all use of our services
- We may delete or disable access to your account and content
- Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive
Your Rights: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simz Tech shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
- Statements or conduct of any third party on our services
Total Liability: Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lusaka, Zambia.
Waiver of Jury Trial: You and Simz Tech each waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Continued Use: By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using our services.

- Sending an email to the address associated with your account
- Displaying a notification within our services
